The problem

Getting GST right, every time.

Small businesses in India have to charge GST correctly on every invoice. The tax is split into CGST and SGST when the buyer is in the same state, and charged as IGST when the buyer is in another state, so the right split depends on where each customer is.

GST Billing is aimed at businesses that still make invoices in Excel or on paper. That makes mistakes easy, and it leaves the owner chasing payments from memory. The goal was to make the right tax automatic, and to keep everything else simple enough to use on the first day.

What we built

What the app does today.

GST that calculates itself

Pick a customer and the app detects whether the sale is within the state or across states, then splits CGST, SGST or IGST for each line as you type.

Professional PDF invoices

One click makes a PDF with the logo, GSTIN, HSN table, tax summary, amount in words and bank details.

Payment tracking

Mark invoices paid or partly paid, record UPI, cash, bank or cheque payments, and see what is overdue at a glance.

A dashboard that makes sense

Revenue compared with last month, outstanding receivables, top customers and recent invoices on one screen.

Customers and catalogue

Save customers and products once, with HSN or SAC codes and GST rates, then add them to invoices in seconds.

Private by design

Each business gets its own isolated database schema and its own subdomain, so the data of one business is never mixed with another.

Invoice numbering done right

Numbers are gapless and based on the financial year, such as INV/2026-27/001, and are allocated when you finalise an invoice, as GST expects.

Works on every screen

The app is fast and mobile friendly, so you can bill from a shop counter, a laptop or a phone.

How it works

From sign-up to first invoice.

  1. Create a free account. Enter a business name, email and password. You get a private workspace address straight away.
  2. Set up once. Add the GSTIN, address, logo and bank details, then a few customers and products with their GST rates.
  3. Bill and track. Choose a customer, add items and download the PDF. Then track payments until the money arrives.

Check it yourself

Do not take our word for it.

  • Open the GST calculator on the app home page, pick two different states, and watch CGST plus SGST switch to IGST.
  • Create a free account and make a test invoice from start to finish.
  • Read the plans and the questions on the app home page.

Plain notes.

This page describes what the product does today, taken from the live app. We have not published usage numbers or customer results, so none appear here.

The sample invoice shown on the app home page is only an example.
